David Stein had a dream as long as he could remember to be a carpenter.  Throughout his childhood of creating projects in middle school woodworking classes and high school building trades I and II, he was awarded top achievement in outstanding performance for an onsite home building, graduating with honors. He then completed Builder Business I, estimating school and acquired a residential builders license. From 1983, David's employment with various remodelers and builders continued with hands-on skills of rough and finish carpentry.

Through David's schooling and previous work experience Stein's Home Improvement was created in 1987.  As Owner/President of Stein's Home Improvement, David has continued to build getaways for homeowners throughout the region of Oakland and Macomb Counties.  Using innovative design and quality materials, these home oasis are crafted to become natural favorites for relaxing and entertainment.  Stein's dependable and dedicated service completes your projects quickly.  The impeccable workmanship ensures you continued satisfaction for many years to come.

David Stein enjoys hobbies of mountain biking, muscle cars, snowmobiling, and off road motorcycling.  Most of all he enjoys his family with his wife Kathleen, and their children Anthony, Joseph, and Kayla.
